About the Competition

The "Innovation and Creativity" competition is an inspiring platform targeting youth aged 9 to 18, aiming to encourage them to present creative initiatives and projects that support orphans and promote their integration into society.

The competition seeks to inspire participants to develop innovative projects that make a tangible difference in the fields of art, technology, social, and educational initiatives. It emphasizes expressive means that reflect the value of community giving as a foundation for building a cohesive society.

Participants are evaluated based on creativity, impact, and sustainability, ensuring greater community awareness of orphan-related issues and offering new opportunities for them.

  Competition Objectives

1. Raise community awareness about the importance of supporting orphans in various aspects of their lives.

2. Encourage young people to contribute to designing solutions and initiatives that create a positive impact.

3. Promote interaction between orphans and the community through creative projects with a sustainable developmental dimension.

  Participating Categories


1.  Category One (Ages 9–13):  Artworks, drawings, short stories, interactive educational ideas, or any creative work that supports the theme of orphan care.

2.  Category Two (Ages 14–18):  Social initiatives, awareness campaigns, tech applications, or educational platforms.

 

Fields of Participation

 (Ages 9–13)

Participants in this category submit creative works that highlight the importance of supporting orphans, including:

  • Drawing or Artistic Design: An artwork related to orphans or community support for them. 
  • Short Story:  Focused on orphan-related issues or care. 
  • Concept Design (paper-based or digital): An educational or interactive group idea centered around solidarity with orphans.

 (Ages 14–18)

Participants in this category present project ideas that support orphans on a broader scale, including: ​

  • Social Initiative: A volunteer project or campaign idea aimed at integrating orphans into society.

  • Awareness Media Campaign: Designing a campaign (posters, videos, digital content) to promote a positive perception of orphans.

  • Tech Application: Designing an app or platform that supports orphans (in areas such as education, empowerment, or communication).

General Participation Requirements

Age Groups: Participants must fall within the specified age groups: Category One (9–13 years) and Category Two (14–18 years).


Registration: Participants must register through the designated online form and provide the required information.


Submitted Work: All submissions must be original and must not have been published or entered in other competitions.


Deadlines: Entries must be submitted within the deadline set by the organizing committee.


Relevance to Theme: Submitted works must relate to the competition’s theme — supporting orphans, empowering them, and promoting their role in society.


Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, social impact, and practical applicability.


Submission of entries: All submissions must be delivered to the Orphans Care Center “Dreama”.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Winning Entries by Category


1. First Category (Ages 9–13)

  • First Place: Cash prize of 6,000 QR
  • Second Place: Cash prize of 4,000 QR
  • Third Place: Cash prize of 2,000 QR

2. Second Category (Ages 14–18)

  • First Place: Cash prize of 6,000 QR
  • Second Place: Cash prize of 4,000 QR
  • Third Place: Cash prize of 2,000 QR

Judging Committee

The judging committee consists of:

  • Experts in art and design to review creative submissions.
  • Representatives from external organizations to assess the impact of the initiatives.
